Personalised Support
Introducing Bespoke Testosterone Cream for Men and Women
Designed for people who want a more personalised, clinician-led approach to their health, hormones and long-term wellbeing.

Bespoke Testosterone Cream
Made to order. Clinician led. Based on your blood results.
Testosterone is often thought of as a male hormone, but it is important for both men and women. It can play a role in libido, energy, mood, motivation, muscle strength, body composition and overall vitality.
Levels can change with age, health, medication, stress, menopause, alcohol use, sleep disruption and other factors. Symptoms alone are not enough to know whether testosterone treatment is suitable, which is why Remivida Select uses a blood-test-led, clinician-approved process.
Our bespoke testosterone cream is compounded to your individual requirements and supplied in a metered pump system. It is available in a range of strengths, from ultra-low dose 0.1% through to high-strength 10%, where clinically approved.
This is not an off-the-shelf product.
Your strength is selected by a clinician after reviewing your assessment, blood results and medical history.
Why Bespoke Cream vs Off The Shelf?
Personalised Treatment
Rather than offering a generic hormone product, we use a clinician-led pathway that looks at whether testosterone treatment is appropriate for you as an individual.
Alongside our bespoke compounded testosterone cream, Drink Less Method may also prescribe established branded testosterone options where clinically appropriate, including AndroFeme® for women and Testogel® for men.
The aim is simple: personalised treatment, prescribed responsibly.
With us your treatment is:
- Reviewed by a clinician
- Based on blood test results
- Prescribed only where clinically appropriate
- Compounded to your specific requirements
- Supplied in a metered pump for clear dosing
- Available in low-dose and higher-strength options
- Monitored over time where required
Who is bespoke testosterone cream for?
Bespoke testosterone cream may be suitable for selected men and women who have symptoms that may be linked to low or suboptimal testosterone and whose blood results support treatment.
These symptoms can have many causes. Testosterone treatment is only considered after blood testing and clinician review.
It may be considered if you are experiencing symptoms such as:
- Reduced libido
- Low energy
- Reduced motivation
- Low mood
- Poor concentration
- Reduced exercise recovery
- Loss of muscle strength
- Changes in body composition
- Reduced sense of wellbeing
Personalised strengths from ultra-low dose to high strength
Different people need different doses.
Some women may require an ultra-low-dose preparation. Some men may require a higher-strength option. Others may need careful dose adjustment over time based on their blood results and response.
Remivida offers a bespoke testosterone cream range from 0.1% to 10%, allowing your clinician to select the most appropriate strength for your requirements.
Each pump delivers 0.5 mL of your prescribed cream.
| Cream strength | Testosterone per pump | Concentration | Dose category |
| 0.1% | 0.5 mg per pump | 1 mg/mL | Ultra-low dose |
| 0.2% | 1 mg per pump | 2 mg/mL | Very low dose |
| 0.4% | 2 mg per pump | 4 mg/mL | Low dose |
| 1% | 5 mg per pump | 10 mg/mL | Moderate dose |
| 2% | 10 mg per pump | 20 mg/mL | Higher dose |
| 5% | 25 mg per pump | 50 mg/mL | High strength |
| 10% | 50 mg per pump | 100 mg/mL | Highest-strength option |
Your clinician will choose the strength. You should not choose or change your dose yourself.
Simple Pricing

How long does each tube last?

How long your cream lasts depends on how many pumps your clinician prescribes each day.
| 50 mL tube – Prescribed use | Approximate duration |
| 1 pump daily | 100 days / around 3.3 months |
| 2 pumps daily | 50 days / around 1.6 months |
| 3 pumps daily | 33 days / around 1 month |
| 4 pumps daily | 25 days |
| 100 mL tube – Prescribed use | Approximate duration |

Off The Shelf, Licensed Alternatives for Men & Women
AndroFeme® for Women £199
A fixed-strength testosterone cream option for women
Alongside our bespoke compounded testosterone cream range, Remivida Select can also offer AndroFeme® for suitable women, where clinically appropriate.
AndroFeme® is a testosterone cream developed specifically for women and may be considered as part of a wider clinical assessment, particularly for women experiencing symptoms that may be associated with low testosterone levels, most commonly after menopause.
Unlike our bespoke compounded testosterone cream, which can be prepared in different strengths according to your requirements, AndroFeme® is only available in one fixed strength. This may make it a suitable option for some women, while others may require a more personalised compounded preparation.

Licensed Testogel® Testosterone Gel for Men £159
Testogel® 16.2 mg/g
Remivida Select gives Drink Less Method customers access to clinician-led testosterone support, with both bespoke compounded creams and licensed testosterone options available where clinically appropriate.
For men who are suitable for a licensed testosterone treatment, we can offer Testogel® 16.2 mg/g gel in a metered pump.
Testogel is a licensed testosterone replacement therapy for adult men with confirmed testosterone deficiency. It is prescribed only after blood testing, clinical assessment and approval by a clinician.
This option may be suitable for men who prefer a licensed branded treatment rather than a bespoke compounded cream.
Which option is right for me?
Remivida Select offers both licensed and bespoke options, depending on your clinical needs.
Some men may be best suited to a licensed option such as Testogel. Others may require a bespoke compounded cream where a different strength, cream base or dosing approach is clinically appropriate.
Your clinician will decide which option is most suitable based on your blood results, symptoms and medical history.

Why blood testing is required
Testosterone is a prescription-only medicine. It should only be used when clinically appropriate.
A blood test is required before treatment because it helps your clinician understand your hormone levels and check important safety markers.
Follow-up blood testing may also be required after starting treatment or changing dose.
This helps your clinician check whether your treatment is working as intended and whether it remains safe.
Your blood test may include:
- Total testosterone
- Free testosterone or calculated free testosterone
- SHBG
- Oestradiol
- LH and FSH
- Prolactin
- Full blood count and haematocrit
- Liver function
- Lipids
- HbA1c or glucose
- PSA, where clinically appropriate
