These Terms govern your use of our website, clinical pathways, pharmacy coordination services and any associated goods or services (“Services”).
1. Application & Eligibility
1.1 By using our Services, you confirm that you:
- Are aged 18 or over;
- Are legally capable of entering a binding contract;
- Provide truthful and accurate medical information.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse access where clinical or regulatory criteria are not met.
2. Service Model & Corporate Structure
2.1 RemiVida Limited operates a digital healthcare platform providing:
- Patient triage and onboarding;
- Consultation coordination;
- Prescription facilitation;
- Pharmacy fulfilment coordination;
- Logistics and administrative support.
2.2 RemiVida Limited does not:
- Prescribe medication;
- Dispense medication;
- Manufacture medicines;
- Provide direct clinical treatment.
3. Clinical Prescribing
3.1 All prescribing is undertaken solely by Mr Rishul Shah, an independent Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 2074095).
3.2 The Prescriber is exclusively responsible for:
- Clinical assessments;
- Patient suitability determinations;
- Prescription decisions;
- Dosing and treatment duration;
- Monitoring and follow-up obligations.
3.3 Prescribing is conducted in accordance with:
- GPhC Standards for Pharmacy Professionals;
- GPhC Prescribing Guidance;
- Human Medicines Regulations 2012;
- MHRA prescribing guidance.
3.4 RemiVida Limited exercises no control over prescribing decisions.
4. Pharmacy Operations
4.1 Pharmacy services are coordinated through Sundi Pharma Limited (Company No. 06538776) trading as Frank Wreford Pharmacy.
4.2 This pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and operates under applicable pharmacy legislation and professional standards.
5. Dispensing & Compounding
5.1 Where specialist compounding or preparation is required, medicines are dispensed by Galenic Laboratories Limited (Company No. 11155161), a UK-registered GPhC-regulated pharmacy (Registration No. 9011719).
5.2 The dispensing pharmacy operates under the authority of its appointed Superintendent Pharmacist, who holds statutory responsibility for:
- Regulatory compliance;
- Specials manufacturing governance;
- Quality assurance;
- Dispensing accuracy;
- Patient safety systems.
5.3 The dispensing pharmacy supplies medicines strictly in accordance with prescriptions issued by the Prescriber.
6. Regulatory Compliance
All services operate in accordance with:
- Human Medicines Regulations 2012;
- MHRA Specials guidance (where applicable);
- GPhC Registered Pharmacy Standards;
- Responsible Pharmacist Regulations;
- Distance Selling Pharmacy requirements;
- UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
7. Unlicensed & Off-Label Medicines
7.1 Where prescribed, patients acknowledge that certain medicines may be:
Unlicensed (“Specials”); or
- Prescribed off-label.
7.2 The Prescriber is solely responsible for determining clinical appropriateness.
7.3 The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for lawful sourcing and preparation.
7.4 By proceeding, you confirm informed consent to such prescribing where applicable.
8. Orders & Contract Formation
8.1 Orders are offers to purchase Services.
8.2 A contract forms only upon order confirmation.
8.3 We may decline Orders where:
- Clinical suitability is not met;
- Regulatory restrictions apply;
- Payment is not authorised.
9. Fees & Payment
9.1 Prices are listed in GBP.
9.2 Fees may include:
- Consultation fees;
- Prescription fees;
- Dispensing costs;
- Medication costs;
- Delivery charges.
9.3 Payment must be received prior to prescription release or dispensing.
10. Delivery & Supply
10.1 Medicines are delivered by regulated pharmacy partners.
10.2 Risk transfers upon delivery.
10.3 We are not liable for courier delays outside our control.
10.4 Temperature-sensitive delivery risks are disclosed where relevant.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
11.1 Once medication is dispensed, it cannot be returned unless:
- Faulty; or
- Incorrectly supplied.
11.2 This reflects UK medicines safety laws.
11.3 Consultation fees are non-refundable once clinical review has commenced.
12. Patient Obligations
We handle personal data You agree to:
- Provide accurate medical disclosures;
- Follow prescribing instructions;
- Report adverse effects;
- Not misuse prescribed medicines.
Failure may void liability protections.
13. Clinical Risk Acknowledgment
13.1 Outcomes vary between individuals.
13.2 No guarantee of treatment success is provided.
13.3 You accept inherent risks of pharmacological treatment.
14. Liability Separation
14.1 Clinical liability rests solely with the Prescriber.
14.2 Dispensing liability rests solely with the dispensing pharmacy and its Superintendent.
14.3 RemiVida Limited bears no liability for:
- Prescribing decisions;
- Compounding processes;
- Medicine efficacy;
- Clinical outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Liability is capped at fees paid.
- Indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
- Loss of profits or business is excluded.
15.2 Nothing excludes liability for death, fraud, or personal injury caused by negligence where legally non-excludable.
16. Data Protection & Confidentiality
16.1 We process data under UK GDPR.
16.2 Data is shared only with:
- Prescribers;
- Dispensing pharmacies;
- Regulators where required.

17. Intellectual Property
All platform content remains the property of RemiVida Limited.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
19. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply to future Orders.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Clinical Prescriber: Mr Rishul Shah (GPhC No. 2074095).
Dispensing and compounding services are provided by a UK-regulated pharmacy operating under the supervision of its Superintendent Pharmacist. Full regulatory details are available within these Terms.
Blood Testing Services Provided by Vitall
1. Role of RemiVida Limited (Drink Less Method)
RemiVida Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) acts solely as a retailer and facilitator of access to blood‑testing services supplied by Healthy Human Labs Ltd trading as Vitall (“Vitall”).
We do not provide pathology testing, laboratory analysis, medical interpretation, or any clinical services.
2. Vitall as the Testing Provider
All blood‑testing services, including the supply of sampling kits, logistics, phlebotomy, laboratory analysis, reporting and any related services (“Testing Services”), are provided directly by Vitall.
By purchasing or accessing any Testing Services through our website, you acknowledge that your contract for those services is with Vitall, not RemiVida.
3. No Medical or Diagnostic Responsibility
RemiVida does not verify, supervise, interpret, or guarantee the accuracy of any test results.
We accept no liability for:
- laboratory performance
- sample handling
- test accuracy or completeness
- delays in processing
- interpretation of results
All responsibility for the Testing Services rests with Vitall and its authorised laboratories.
4. GDPR & Data Protection Responsibilities
For the purposes of the UK GDPR:
- RemiVida acts as a Data Controller only for the personal data you provide directly to us when using our website or purchasing services.
- Vitall acts as a separate and independent Data Controller for all personal data processed in connection with the Testing Services, including laboratory data, sample information, and test results.
Vitall is responsible for:
- the lawful processing of patient data for Testing Services
- compliance with UK GDPR in relation to laboratory operations
- responding to data‑subject rights requests relating to test data
- security of laboratory and clinical data
RemiVida does not access or store your biological sample, laboratory data, or test results unless explicitly required for service delivery and permitted by law.
5. Test Results & Clinical Use
Test results are provided by Vitall for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions relating to diagnosis, treatment, or health management.
6. Complaints & Support
Any questions or concerns relating to:
- sample collection
- test processing
- laboratory performance
- accuracy of results
- delays or technical issues
must be directed to Vitall, as the responsible service provider.
We will assist in facilitating communication where appropriate, but we are not responsible for resolving issues arising from the Testing Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemiVida shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inaccuracy, or consequence arising from or connected to the Testing Services.
Vitall’s own terms, warranties, and liability limits apply to all Testing Services.
